cant, lv x isnt considered as basic or evolution while in deck as i know, so it cant fetch lv x as it says "find a basic or evolution card" but not with bebe, it says "find a pokemon card" so it can fetch a lv x (considered as pokemon card)

no, i mean it really, twice dual splash and an omastar would kill a gallade anda garde lv x

you can have dual splash empoledon, ampharos and omastar, since they rely on candies (how much was ralts' hp ? ) absol ex could work too
