From Whicker's list, I would remove 2 sparce for one more wynaut and one wobby. Wynaut works a lot beter than sparce in my opinion and you will need anohter wobby when you go against a RAMBO deck. And use POR instead of copycat since your oponet will try to keep a small hand because of GEX's...

Why dump the DRE, it does not hurt gardevoir or GEX and it lets you attack faster.

I agree with Rayquaza 9.0, KEX need energies in the deck and swapmpy needs them in play. What could remplace the moo-moo milk? Is life herb a good option? One more thing: I finally got two Elm's Training which remplaced wally's training.
