Try adding in a Dragon Absol or two, I run a very good version of this and he works wonders after you mulligan a few..or a lot...of times.

My guess would be a different style of card, but I think they'd be legal since all poke players use sleeves, since most people use foreign cards now in decks I dont see how different backs is a problem. Also if they reproduce holos, exs, you best bet they will probly be non-holo.

These decks are a great opportunity for people who do not have all of the cards, to playtest and what not, I think it is a very good idea. You'll also probly be able to play the cards in your current deck like the tv reporters, stevens, and whatever a lot of people do not have, now they don't...

maybe articuno its really up to you, since you can discard and retrieve the nrg it might not be a bad play, drawback is it can easily be a wast of hand space

i use the same set up with 26 poke and wokrs just fine, actually gets set up better than 22 most of the time
