lv.x's count as pokemon as the same name as the things they lv up from (at least in deckbuilding). I'm assuming if I kill shedinja LA with, lets say, a drapion lv. x, would my benched non-leveled up drapions take the damage from its power?

I'm just wondering, what are the player number limits for each kind of top cut? What number of players would make a top 2 cut? A top 4? A top 8?
