Upper Energy! An Angel is comming.

Nope. In fact there are several Pokémon [SP] decks that benefit a lot from this card. Weavile G is just one of these cards. It also opens options for tech Unown tools.

    Luxray GL Deck

Hi Bippa201, The main reason is the insane board control coming with the Poké-Power and the low cost attacks. Combine that with some spread and another fast hitter and you should be set. That is the reason this deck does so well in a Japanese environment.

    Luxray GL Deck

Energy Gain (101), Power Spray (103), Poketurn (105) and Pokeradar (109). The usual suspects in a Pokémon [SP] deck ;).

    Luxray GL Deck

Galactic 101, 103, 105, 109 and Cyrus Scheme with the following supporters: Buck's Training, Volkner's Philospohy and another random draw or shuffle trainer of your choice. That comes down to 13 supporters and the rest is trainers. You will cycle your deck like mad. Pokémon [SP] decks need no...

    Luxray GL Deck

Hi Bippa201, Do not see the need for the evolution line since there are much better trainers that can be used instead. Volkner combined with the Galactic engine enables the deck to cycle rather fast. 10 supporters do not allow Porygon to be abused. Hi prodigal fanboy, Sunyshore City Stadium...

    Luxray GL Deck

    - 2 Crobat G - 2 Honchkrow G + 4 Weavile G Use Pokémon [SP] only and run 4 Gain and 4 Turn. Now splash three Radar and three Spray. We also want three Volkner and Bucks in addition to the standard 4 Cyrus. Stadium choice and the rest depends entirely on the metagame. Get rid of Bertha's...

Next set i think almost everyone is gonna hate it.

Anyone noticed that Upper Energy can be attached to Basics unlike Scramble or Double Rainbow? Just a thought....

    My try at a G-UNIT Deck 8)

    Hi mine is cooler, - 1 Crobat G - 2 Rowan's Research - 1 Rosanne's Research + Weavile G + 3 looker's Investigation

    G deck, my take

Hi Ra2xse, Nice deck. Definitely one of the better Pokémon [SP] builts. With Weavile G consider to run a standard hand refill card over Uxie since it weakens Weavile G. Also consider to run Multi over Rainbow. If you want Poké Turn trade Warp Point and one Power Spray for them and switch out...

    Why Does Galactic Win

From my point of view it is the versatility of the spread and control based versions that makes Pokémon [SP] decks shine. This also comes close to the definition of a toolbox that enables you to pull the proper screw from the arsenal. Toxicroak decks are not toolboxes. At least not most of the...

    Why Does Galactic Win

Funny how people keep being that obsessed with Toxicroak G. There are much better attackers out at the moment. Consistency is key to Pokémon [SP] decks. It is also the basic formula to withstand them. Mad tech does not help since good Pokémon [SP] decks are rather versatile. Insane evolution...

Bonds to the end of time scanlations?

Hi folks, Alakazam E4 Lv.X combines with Turtwig GL since it can now deal 60 damage and heal off 6 damage counters same turn. Unless Turtwig GL is knocked out in a single hit it will continue to heal itself while Alakazam swaps the remaining damage to someone on the bench that can be rescued...

    The "Other" G Deck...

Hi Mob2099, Nice deck. Consider to loose one Houndoom G and one Cynthia for two Crobat G. Would also switch PokeBlower with three Buck's Training and possibly one more Darkness Energy.

    Absol G dec.

Hi GengarPwns, Nice deck. Consider to run Absol G with another fast hitter such as Weavile G and splash some Electrode G to enable Absol to knock out the opponent in one hit. On usual two exploded Electrode G should suffice to accomplish this aim. Premier Ball and Bebe are not needed. Run...

    Cyrus's funeral (DP to DPt3)

Hi Killax and PkmnManiac, Thanks for the review. Since we use Japanese cards here the deck is no more than one set ahead but I do understand the issue. Consider the local environment to be based on Pokémon [SP] decks in addition to Hippodwn as well as Kingdra, Scizor and Rampados. Flygon was a...

    Cyrus's funeral (DP to DPt3)

Hi TeamOG, We have a kapanese format here and since DPt3 is around the corner it makes sense to submit this deck. Hi Toxic, Nice catch. There is no Luxray GL in this deck. Corrected the error in the deck list. Hi Cyrus, Lol. I assume this is intended to be black humor. Just in case: The...

    Pulse of the Frontier scans!

Just use Rayquaza C with the standard version and two teched Regice to hand the deck some battlefield manipulation. Splash another decent water or fighting Pokémon [SP] and you should be set. Reliance on trainers seems to be key to me.

    Cyrus's funeral (DP to DPt3)

    CYRUS'S FUNERAL POKEMON (12): 2 Honchkrow G Lv.47 (beatdown) 2 Electrode G Lv.38 (beatdown) 4 Weavile G Lv.48 (beatdown) 2 Absol G L.58 (beatdown) 2 Absol G Lv.X (disable) TRAINERS (33): 3 Handsome Investigation (shuffle) 4 Galactic Invention 101 (enable) 4 Galactic Invention 105 (rescue) 4...

    Luxray - Worlds Deck

    Hi Bippa201, The deck looks a little slow to react for a Pokémon [SP] deck. GALACTIC'S DESTINY POKEMON (12): 2 Honchkrow G Lv.47 (beatdown) 2 Electrode G Lv.38 (beatdown) 4 Weavile G Lv.48 (beatdown) 2 Luxray GL Lv.48 (beatdown) 2 Luxray GL Lv.X (disable) TRAINERS (31): 3...

    The real G deck

Hi folks, Ryanvergel is correct. Use a tech Diagla G line in case Scizor is common. The others mentioned are too slow. At least break even on Toxicroak G and Weavile G since a single Weavile G could stop this deck in a second. It cannot be poisoned by Skunktank G and Toxicroak G's base damage...
