Can I use Unown G poke-power to attach it to a pokemon that already have a pokemon tool attached? And can I attach more than one unown, like G and Q, to the same pokémon? Thanks.

Hello, I have some questions about rules for Claydol and Unown G. Claydol's power can be used by discarding 0 cards? It says up to 2 but is 0 up to 2? And about unown G's pokepower: It stops effects like put damage conters and do damage to benched?
