I've been playing Pokemon Rescue to get my Lv X out of the discard pile and so far no one has questioned me but I can't help but wonder if this is legal. I'm driven to wonder because Bebe's will get a Lv X of a basic pokemon but Rosanne's won't. Can someone give me a definitive ruling.
