An intersection of a couple of Trainer card rules came up in discussion and I couldn't find an answer in the compendium (Apologies if I overlooked something), so here's the question: Could I play a Trainer/Supporter card that searches for a specific card in my deck if I have no cards left in...

(Sorry if in the wrong forum) I bought a pack of Dragon Shield sleeves yesterday so I'd have fresh sleeves before Worlds. After re-sleeving my deck today I noticed nicks of varying sizes on the bottom of virtually every sleeve. Are these sleeves too marked for Worlds?

Tyranitar Prime [UL 88]'s Darkness Howl attack does 20 damage to each Pokemon in play, excluding :dark: types. How would this work with dual-type Pokemon like Dark Celebi [HL 4] (or the future Darkrai/Cresselia Legend) that are considered both :dark: and another type?
