Of course you would still need a translation, but I don't think that there would be as much of a problem as some people are suggesting.

The biggest issue I could possibly see arising from this would be shops like TnT losing money from the foreign cards being cheaper. As for gameplay issues, I really only see it being a possible problem in Juniors and Seniors.
