The colloseum story mode allows you to get G/S/C pokemon on to RuSa. You have to "Snatch" them from members of an evil orginazation and then turn them from "Dark" Pokemon back into normal pokemon. Shedinja has a sad SpAttack so I won't recommend putting Faint attack on him in the first place. Breed Nincada with Trapinch (Lv.17) for Faint attack. Breed Nincada with Dustox(Lv.34) for Silver Wind. You Can't get both, there just isn't enough in the Bug egg type.

My advice would be to use only 1 attack of each type on any given pokemon (ie Torkoal with 4 offensive fire attacks is a bad idea) if you use diffrent attack types then you have a better chance of winning.
