Say I put out Mt.Moon, and my opponent has a Magcargo (smooth over) on there bench. What if I was to use like Glalie's hailstone and knock it down to 70 hp. Would he then be affected by Mt.Moon? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I was wondering about Delibirds effect. It says If all the coins are heads put 10 damage counters on the defending pokemon. But at the Regionals I was told 10 as in it takes away 10 hp. But then it also says if 2 are heads put 4 damage counters on defending pokemon. So by flip only 2 heads...
