Can Klinklang (Black and White) move prism energies? I don't think the ability says basic. I know if the energy were switched onto a non-basic then it wouldn't work for an attack... But for the sake of shifting the energies off in order to heal with a max potion. Is that possible? Thank you.

If I have a rainbow energy to power up any of Tyranitar Primes attack and then want to use Metagross' Pokepower to retreat the active for free if they have a psychic energy attached, is this allowed? Same with mismagius, when I am allowed to transfer a psychic energy can it be a rainbow?
