Is there a deck list for Blastoise/Keldeo?

I am currently 23 years old that still plays Pokemon from time to time. I currently have a job at Target as a part timer, and going to college part time as well. I was just wandering if there are others out there that are over 21 who still don't have their drivers licences?

^ Not to mention iphones can text message people, where as 3DS doesn't (except for swapnote).

Would adding Lucario GL improve the matchup against Gyarados? I mean Luxray GL Lv. X can OHKO Gyarados with an with or without expert belt or if you place down Crobat G (60 x 2 + 10 + (20)=130/150).
