I use bubble envelopes which I buy 20 of at 1 time for $1.25 each. For large orders I have boxes of many sizes and bubblewrap which all if it costs money.

With small amount if cards, I need to sell at max level. Materials and shipping alone is $3.75 it is also worth noting that shipping is not free unless you buy a certain amount of cards or value. That information is above.
