If my opponent has Ditto active with say 70 damage on it against my Gardevoir with 110 HP. I have Palkia and use the Restructure power. If my opponent brings up a pokemon with 70 or less HP before I bring up a different pokemon, would the Ditto be KO'd? -Cory

say i had a dusclops ex with 2 energy and a strength charm and it used shadow beam against say lucario. It would do 40 as normal + 10 for strength charm + 20 for weakness since it now does damage and weakness applies? or would strength charm not apply. figureed i check
