some one told me that if for example (scizor exs steel wing, or normal deoxys HL attak) were changed after an attak by lets say pow ¿those the efect wear of?

in other words ¿scizor cant protect himsef or deoxys HL doesnt do more damage de next turns?

If a Pokemon moves to the bench, all effects that were on it are removed(unless stated otherwise).

In the cases you gave, yes, the effects would be removed.

if the effect is on the active pokemon, defending pokemon and such and such yes. If it is self refeenced, no. Steel Wing and Deoxys Defence would not change it is self referenced, they still have the effect.

Self Reference effects get removed when the effected Pokémon goes to the Bench. Or Evolves, Devolved, or leaves play.

Dustox ex' s silver wind effect would allow you to do extra damage to the defending pokemon even if Dustox is knocked out because the effect is on your opponent's pokemon. However if your opponent changes pokemon the effect ends.
