A horrible card. Its basically a stage 3 pokemon with a dumb pokemon power that your opponent can toy around with. Like if you use the power to remove 2 cards and your opponent decides to play team galactics wager, your opponent will recieve 2 more cards because you didnt shuffle them into your deck. His weakness is horrible since alot of electivires are around. The attack on anyone for 80 pretty good i suppose but the only drawback is you cant attack with him next turn. Personally i would just run straight empoleon with no LV X.

Modified- There are better LV X cards out there its all i have to say, the attacks may look good but they really are not. 2/10

Unlimited- To many decks will get their setups on time before you get empoleon LV X out. 1/10

Limited- Good card but you have to get really lucky to get the full evolution. 5/10
