This just screams combo with that attack that lets you treat any coin flip from your opponent as tails (can't remember Pokémon sorry) and Switch. Mind you, there's probably errata about that.

You probebly mean Unown E from MT. It has an attack that has that effect. Downside is that it needs 2 Colorless energy to use the attack.
Pretty cool indeed if you can set it up.

Unown E from MT. For 2 colorless energy it has a global effect of treating every coin flip as tails.
BUT it is only during HIS/HER turn so sadly, it won't work.
