I really like Togekiss. Combine it with Magmortar/Blissey and you could be doing 100 a turn for 2-3 turns as Blissey and Magmortar both have tons of HP.

10/10

Pachirisu/Phione open

Accelerating 4+ energy on the board in one turn with no drawback is just sick!

Or mentor because the Togepi is pretty decent, too. Poke Ball for one of it's attacks, which could let you set up your game.

I have playtested the Togekiss, and Vince hit it right on the dot: 4+ energy extra energy placements is pretty good. I manage to pull this off at least once a game. The other times it's at least 2 energies.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

A Togikiss deck is going to run 17-18 energy. It would be a horrible call to only run 12-15.

LFF kind of hit it on the dot as well. I currently am running 16, 0 DRE/0 Scrambles, 2 NM. Mentioning NM is huge because you go threw a lot of energies that you need at least 2 NM, maybe even 3. I was previous playing it with TVR not POV (Professor Oak's Visit); now I'm going to switch that out to make to see if POV works better helping keep your NM count at 2, since various times I had multiple energies in hand. On that note, Bebe's MIGHT be the better play as well over Celio's.

Another thing that is crucial to a deck being played with Togekiss, do you play Crystal Beach and all basics. I'm currently debating that since there really isn't much in most metagames that uses Cess. Crystal effectively, so windstorm isn't desperately needed. So to Crystal Beach or not to Crystal Beach that is the question.

Togekiss is decent. Nothing more, nothing less. It can't really attack. Putting a S2 in a deck SOLELY for a one-turn Energy Acceleration is not good. The attack should only be used in emergancy situations. When you're at 30 Hp and they do 50,both of you have one Prize left, he has 80 health remaining, of you get a heads it's not good. I give it a 6/10.

Latios DP4, a few Mantine d to stick some energies on top. Guaranteed 120 from nowhere. Its worth thinking about.

For Comments that Togekis can't attack?
What sort of statement is that?

It's 120 HP, For 3 NRG it does 70 or 40 and remove 3. Not exactly the best, but VERY servicable.

That is a DPE of 23.33. Yes real players crave consistency, but often that would be a good enough pokemon to put up and attack as you complete the build on other better attackers.

The real problem is that inconsistency of the NRG attachment. Like LASS, it is inconsistent, I ran LASS only in my LM FLYGON EX deck because I had too. Never included the card in any other deck because it was too inconsistent.

hmm, could go with:
magmortar SW
Electivire SW
Raichu MT
Crawdaunt ex (nice)
Celebi* (that could be interesting)
egg MT (with the above w00t!)

yueah, im gonna have to pull a 3-2-3 quick so that i can use it when it comes to.

Very true and with the way the format was in Cities and which most likely stay the same for States/Regionals Togekiss is actually a very good attacker. It has resistance to Gallade, the most popular deck/BDIF for Cities. It removes damage counters so that counters Magmortar which bench hits. Surely 40 isn't very big damage, but the outcome of 70 almost every time you attack with it is not bad.

This is one of my favorites in GE. The power to attach up to 10 extra energy cards is just so great, this card will become the main energy excel for this season and next year(as long as we don't get anything better). I can't even name all the decks this will be good in. On to pros & cons:

Pros:
-Energy excel
-Boostable
-Resistance to Fighting
-Can combo with ALOT of cards

Cons:
-Stage 2
-Weakness to Lightning
-1 Retreat cost

Overall one of the best cards in GE, this card is just so good.
9.5/10

I don't think any of those are cons. All are alright for what the card does.

The only Cons I see to this card is it's inconsistent yet consistent attack. But you would rarely attack with it.

The weakness isn't even that bad in this current format, 1 retreat cost for a Stage 2, you rarely see that so there is no way that's bad.

I had to put something in cons and thats all I could think of. Your right they aren't really cons at all.
