poison, or rather, any special condition based deck aren't really that great right now. All the main decks (Blissey, Magmortar, etc...) are all centered around doing massive amounts of damage. But, if you do feel like playing poison, Weezing is the way to go! Oh, and it stacks!!

overall, i'll give him 6/10

Weezing GE is one of those "fun" cards imo; they might be fun to pull off at League or something, but they aren't viable enough in the prevailent metagame to win against the major decks out there. Anyways, Weezing has the usual Stage 1 stats (80 HP, +20 Weakness to Psychic, but a slightly costly Retreat of 2). Toxic Virus is a great Poke-Body, giving basic Poison status what I call the "toxic" effect (2 damage counters inbetween turns instead of 1, more if the attack effect states otherwise), making it possible to do a solid 40 damage inbetween the turns to your next turn. Offensive Gas is moderately priced at 1 Psychic, 1 Colorless Energy to use, doing 30 and a chance to Confuse and Poison with the flip of Heads.

Along with Weezing, I'd like to touch up briefly on support Pokemon for it. There are a wide variety of Pokemon that discourage Retreating to get rid of Poison or offer some faster way of doing Poison. These include Skarmory EX, Ariados, Toxicroak, and more. Modified - 7/10 (Can be used in a fun deck, unlikely to win more beyond that sadly)
Limited - 9/10 (Decent cheap card, Poison adds a lot more here, making crucial KOs possible)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, you're not going to force someone into a Poion-lock here)

It's just fun to play with. Then you add on the fact that it stacks, Overall I say it's a decent fun card that won't see much play, if any, at a Premier event
7/10

Poison is one of those conditions that just nag you to death till you get KOed, or get it off you before that time. Having a body that adds 10 damage to that poison and can stack could get really annoying.
It may not see much play at big events because the fear of massive damage decks a.k.a Magmorter, blissy, Gallade etc... If G&G doesnt set up right, which happens time from time, Having the weakness and all the poison could be a pain, but weezing to is weak to poison so yea...

All in all not to bad of a card to mess around with, but dont think it will have much play, unless there is team rocket fans lol.

Mod. 8/10 (Poison stacking can be a problem, psy weakness isnt fun to have tho)

Limited. 9/10 (Easy to get set up, cause damage, and has chance to poison and confuse. Pulling more then one would be all the better... )

It's a fun card to play with, but it's not going to be dealing big enough damage for the format. Gardy OHKOs it, Gallade can, Mag can, Blissey can... the list goes on. Plus, once one gets KOed, you start to weaken. So, I give it a...

7/10

3 weezing + crobat + toxicroak + 4 holon circle in a deck = not that bad and completely annoying...

I see this getting a bit of use. It's not a tier 1, but with new Arbok and Cacturne PK, it's fast and energy efficient damage. Or just with Venomoth. Problem is you'll have to set these up a lot in your bench to make a real difference, but there are starters for that...

This card is all about Poké-Body, so Latilock shuts these up pretty efficiently.

8/10

Weezing is a good supporting Pokémon whose Poké-Body can stack up the amount of damage counters placed upon the Defending Pokémon for Poisoned. It goes well with Arbok DF.

Modified: 8/10
Limited: 9/10
Fun: 8/10
