If you are really considering playing this card by turn 5, 4, or even 2, you are too slow.

I am not.

What I was meaning was that most of Call's use will be T1 of T2. It's unlikely that it will be used late in the game.

WELL, the card has it's pros and it's cons.

Prosrevents T1-T2 Donk, gives you more basics, it is an energy card after all.
Cons:Easy T1-T2 Kill for Scizor, and easily discarded/beaten by things that hate Special Energy
