If there was another garchomp it would work wonders in a empoleon deck.
other wise its going to be hard to use excluding a garchomp deck. 7.5/10

its a nice card, but i dont like it. 7/10 everyone gave it a 6/10 or higher i think correct me if im wrong.

Decent, but you DEFINATELY need to run Togekiss with it. There's no other way! Felicity's is a must, and I'm a fan of running 2-2-1-1 Porygon-Z Lv.X with it as a tech and to speed the deck up!

7.8/10

VERY good card. However, after my testing, tech restoring with felicity's doesn't work very well. The only time I ever use it is if I don't have enough energy to use dragon fang. The power is it's better point to me. Putting most everything in dragon fangs range is very good.

10/10

This has the capability of being a great card! I played against it at a Battle Roads tourny, and the other
guy got out 2 of them, and togekiss, it was rough to beat, (but I did it! yay!)

ANYWAY, playing it with togekiss and a draw tech like claydol makes it a really great attack leader
in a colorless deck. Though I have yet to see the Restore attack done successfully, it has great capability,
but I suspect that many...MANY people will be running togekiss in this next format to make up for losing
DRE and Scramble, and with a x2 weakness to colorless, this is just one heads in an air scoll away from being
KOed in one hit, it's gonna be weak in next years format. Though I gotta say, how many pokemon do we
know of that has 140hp, and no retreat cost? (Not many!!)

This year's format: 80/100
Next Year's Format: 73/100

Run two in my Necromancer deck, it is insane. Blissey is the only thing that can really hurt it, and Blissey isn't played much because of Gallade. 10/10 easy.

personally i really like this card especially with free retreat and the previous levels attack+power
but sadly i hardly see anyone use it
8.5/10
