The logical next step for Palkia G, today's CotD is to level him up into Palkia G Lv X. Stat-wise, 120 HP is a decent amount, keeps the x2 Weakness to :lightning (which is fine since :lightning =), has no Resistance, and keeps a :colorless:colorless Retreat Cost (hey, at least it didn't go up). Of course, the main reason you want to level him up is for his Poke-Power, Lost Cyclone; it's akin to Dusknoir DP's Dark Palm, but with far nastier consequences for your opponent (and potentially you). By making use of the seldom-seem Lost Zone mechanic, you can force Pokemon into the lost zone should you or your opponent have 4 or more Benched Pokemon, until you both have 3. This can definitely limit your opponent's options, and as most Palkia G decks use Mesprit, they're just hogging bench space anyways once used (unless you have like SSU). Hydro Shot gives Palkia G Lv X a decent sniping attack; costing :water::water::colorless:colorless :)colorless less with Energy Gain on), you then discard 2 Energy on Palkia G Lv X to deal a solid 80 damage to any of your opponent's Pokemon. Since Palkia G is spread oriented the Lv X's attack should help you get an easy KO, or pick off that annoying Claydol at any rate.

Modified - 9/10 (If you play Palkia G, use at least one of these please, it's too good to pass up)
Limited - 6/10 (Keep in binder till you can make the proper deck, but Lost Cyclone is good since benches tend to be big here)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No real use here)

Before people expected this it was great. It was a 9.5/10. But now, everyone knows about it and everyone is playing either counters or Dialga. Now, it is a 5/10 for playability.

^ No offense, headsrcool, but your post does not make any sense.

There are very, very few things that can effectively counter Palkia G (sans Pachi, Machamp, and the things that most other Pokes are generally afraid of). The fact people play Dialga G... Means nothing. This thing can attack it while it's lurking on the bench. Bye bye, Special Metal Energy effect!

'Sides, if everyone knows about it, more people would be running it. True, people talk as if they love it now... But I still see very few people playing it. At all.

Anyway, I personally love this card. But I don't want to repost everything I stated in the Palkia G forum, so...

9/10
