I think this card is underrated.

Call for family can be quite good if you use this card as a starter.
Call for family means you can use rare candy on those Benched Basics immediately next turn
Steel resistance could be good against Cobalion
    Retreat cost is nice
Tag deal boost could get a donk on a Cleffa
    Minun! Who doesn't like Minun?

Pokemon Collector is better. It is a supporter (and cannot be KO'd) and gets three basics, not two.
Fighting weakness makes it Donphan's lunch
No evolution hurts because you cannot make this card stronger later on. It will always be a Minun.
The Tag Team boost is not very useful in most game situations

    Modified: 4/10
Unlimited: 3/10 (there are probably better ways to get Pokemon out. However, the first attack could speed up a Haymaker deck, etc.)

This card is still a very viable card, but is overshadowed by emphasis on Collector to really get anywhere.

60 HP is fair for a tiny little starter like Minun (Cleffa, Pichu, and Tyrogue get away with less). Call for family is one shy away from being the almighty Dunspace's (SS) capability, and is the main attraction of the card. Tag Team boost is a gimmick attack (something that is somewhat of a tradition with him and Plusle), and doesn't warrant much of a second look...unless Plusle suddenly gets a mainstream card... that's not happening.

Weakness is good, it doesn't have a weakness to anything you should expect for T1 or 2, and Donphan would OHKO it weather it had weakness or not. Resistance is negligible since metal doesn't have much influence right now, but resistance is better than no resistance. 1 retreat is common for basics, and if you're using it for it's attack then it'll have that energy anyway.

    Modified: 5/10
It only really warrants play if you need 5 specific basics in play early game, and you can combo with Collector to do so without giving your opponent the benefit of Pichu.

    Limited: 8/10
2 free basics can be invaluable in Limited

    Unlimited: 2/10
If you need a good Call for Family-esque attack then go with Dunsparce SS, you'll get one more basic, and a free switch at the same time, or Pachirisu who lacks the effect, but it isn't a horrible replacement if you don't have either of these.

Yesterday's CotD was Minun from UL...kinda ok, but not that great. Statwise 60 HP is average for a Basic, x2 Weakness to :fighting: is meh, -20 Resistance to :metal: is largely pointless (who even uses :metal: Pokemon, or what good ones are there even?), and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. In another time/era, Call for Family would've been great, :colorless: to search your deck for 2 Basic Pokemon to put onto your bench is still a good effect, but no one runs starter Pokemon outside the occasional Cleffa or Pichu, and both Pichu and Pokemon Collector beat Minun in Pokemon grabbed. Tag Team Boost is fairly basic for :lightning:, dealing a base 10 but growing to 30 if Plusle is on your bench.

Modified - 2/10 (Just no real point in using it when a better Pokemon and easy to run Supporter grab more)
Limited - 6/10 (If you have key copies of Basics still in your deck, Call for Family is nice for sniffing them out, and if you have Plusle, you can run and grab it for a decent basic attack)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, just weak)
