OK I give this card a 3/10 because
Good HP
Epic Picture
Useless first attack
Kinda good second attack
B ad weakness
Good retreat cost

2/10 just because its first ability seems cute and the 2nd attack is decent. The attacks seem very random.

Searching out a fire for a thunder monster is weird unless its for Rayquaza. Not seeing the synergy with these attacks. Just sounds like Mewtwo bait

stage 1s usually bad unless they have an amazing ability or stats. 100 hp isnt that good, fightning weakness is bad too, retreat is ok. Nothing really amazing here, card is an evolution, nothing game changing , better attackers that dont need to be evolved like raikou ex and zekrom.

The other zebstrika that blocks out items is actually playable. This isnt.
