I guess this would be decent tech in a Vileplume deck at best. I cant see someone playing a deck around this even though it can dominate a Blastoise deck.

First attack is ok. Kills Blastoise and Terrakion in 1 shot. Cant kill a Keldeo ex in one shot but thats ok. Thats what the second attack is for. The second attack isnt bad since typically you can knock out a keldeo with it. The confusion isnt that big of a deal with all the retreat tactics and at times you can just play through it.

The HP is what kills this card. 110 is pretty bad for a stage 2. With the new virbank poison decks moving up in the meta, this is too slow for a stage 2 and will die fairly fast. The resistance, weakness and retreat are all pretty decent. Plus having a coin flip effect that guarantees no damage can end up in some empty trips.

If your playing Vileplume this is a decent tech since it can 1 shot a lot of Blastoise cards. If your trying to play anti-Blastoise.dek this wouldnt be a bad card to base a deck around. Against everything else its pretty bad for the most part. It doesnt take a lot of energy which is good, but its a risky card to depend on at times with all the coin flipping involved in the 2nd attack. Against Darkrai and Rayeels this thing will either die very quickly or not have much use. I see it on average dealing 50-100 so only against Blastoise will it really kill anything consistently.

Id say 4.5/5-10. This is probably the best card all week reviewed. I dont thinks card is close to being competitive but against certain match ups it could give people a hard time.
