Another Blastoise/Keldeo killer. Really not much to say sides that.

1st attack your never going to get off 2 heads most of the time and the damage it produces is so minimal. Second attack deals good damage, only against grass weak decks and is bad against everything else. The retreat is bad, no resistance, no weakness.

This card is like no different than most of the grass Pokemon in this set. Its like TPCi likes making the same exact/similar cards when it comes to grass types. Especially in Plasma Storm, why does every grass card have to be some random attacker thats incredibly hard to power up with lackluster attacks and has no ability or has a lackluster ability thats already in another card (like how Cherrin is just Pokemon Center but requires you to waste space on its pre-evolution along with itself)? It sucks since the grass type is so under supported currently and we just get cards that have no impacting effects. We just get stuff like this which are just a bunch of mindless energy sucking attackers that have nothing going for them.

2/10 just because it can be effective against part of our meta. Anyone who tries to justify these cards is just lying to themselves. To give these cards any higher rating than what I have been giving them is either bias or insane since its not like any of these cards you would THINK EVER about putting into a deck or basing a deck around. Nobody in their right mind would ever (either for fun or competitively) waste so much deck space on a lot of these grass cards just because their so boring and weak. Theres maybe 1-2 decent attackers out there and then everything else you would just ignore since they are mostly a lot of the same thing but just with weaker stats.

FSULugia, it's a shame that the Grass Pokémon we love are always screwed. I have wanted a solid Venusaur deck forever but they're always lacking a combination of decent energy cost, ability, and HP. Especially mad about HP because that's Saur's wheelhouse. If one were made with an ability like Blastoise's recent wash-out, around 160 HP, and a couple DECENT attacks it would be not only playable but a little relevant. In fact it needs to be slightly overpowered if anything to make up for the plethora of powerful fire decks and the lack of Pkémon with grass weakness. It almost seems like grass Pokémon are being weeded out of solid decks everywhere with the exception of one or two every once in a while.
