lets start stats: 90 hp is not gotod at all for a stage 1 pokemon in a format with 180 hp basics. the electric weakness isnt as bad as it would have been a few sets ago, but still not ideal. no resistance isnt a huge deal. no retreat cost is great.

ability: rough skin would be a cool ability if it did 30-40 and was slapped onto an ex with a move similar to lands judgment (landy ex) and 170-180 hp. otherwise, this pokemon is easily one shot by mostly anything that counts so the ability dose little to help.

move: hard bite sucks. raise the base dammage to 90 and change 20 damage to paralyze to make it an okish attack.

card: 4/10 art: 7/10, its cool

We already reviewed this and nothing has changed since 2 weeks. Its still very bad, its rocky helmet that you have to waste 2 deck slots on to bring out. Free retreat would matter if it was playable. The rest of the bad stats speak for itself. Bad attack as well. Nuff said.

1/10

Another pretty bad card.

Pros
-Free retreat.
-Searchable by level ball
-Built in Rocky Helmet.

Cons
-HP sucks
-The attack isn't much better
-Has to evolve.

Outclassed by Druddigon, a basic with the same ability and no weakness. 3/10
