This is ok...ish.

When you really think about it, its just a draw 3 since you have to discard one. You can't always use it since you need a plasma card in your hand.

In reality Cheren gets you the same amount of draw and is more accessible throughout the game.

6/10 Pretty average.

I think straight draw is underrated, but this requires you to have a plasma card in your hand to discard. If you don't, it's a dead draw. I think this will be better with future sets when we get more plasma stuff, but for the most part, I'd rather use Cheren.
