It has the same problem as plasma grunt. The attack lets you draw 3 cards, but if you don't have a plasma card to discard, it's useless. That leaves you with steel wing, an attack that costs way too much for such poor damage output. I'd rate it lower, but it is a basic with nice HP (level ball) and gets protection from EXes with plasma klang.

 

[Champ Buster]

Great artwork, mediocre card. Cargo Jet paired with the future arrival of Shadow Triad (Supporter- Search your discard pile for a Team Plasma Card, reveal it, and put it into your hand) may make this attack worthwhile, but right now it will receive little to no play. Searchable by level ball and a one retreat cost are nice. But steel wing (a weaker version of Registeel's protect charge) with the outrageous cost of three energy and a low damage output really hold this card back. May see some play as a set up pokemon in Klinklang with the arrival of Plasma Storm. Overall about a 5/10.
