I don't like it. Attack sucks and the coin flip ruins the ability. Even if it wasn't on a flip, it would still require running multiple stage 1s which just doesn't cut it in the current metagame. You can't even use it to activate coming into play abilities (those must be evolved from the hand). It gets points for searching from the deck and the surprise factor, but everything else just sucks.

The artwork clearly deserves Clefabulous/10. :3

I'd use it in fun games for that reason.
