Yea i would use this card with victini....You can attach three energy's on a benched pokemon in one turn with this. You also can run max potion with this....but not saying victini can be one shouted.....7/10

Would have been broken on something with higher HP and stronger attacks, but on Victini it's only average. You only need one energy to use Victini's main function (turbo energize) so it's not worth using an ace spec for that. But it is worth it for intensifying burn. You can two shot EXes for no energy and even get a donk on something like Cobalion. Still not the best ace spec, but I think it's the best of the tool ace specs.
