8/10

The best of the plasma Eeveelutions. 20HP can make all the difference, but since this stacks, you can make tanks out of your plasma pokemon, (which includes itself too) or any pokemon with plasma badge.

The attack is forgettable, but thanks to having the support of both plasma and dark pokemon, it can easily be boosted (Dark claw and Deoxys) and powered up (dark patch and colress machine) to become something formidable.

My 2nd favorite Eeveelution behind Jolteon

This is a very powerful card and yet another toy for Dark type cards.

It is Plasma Ball searchable - Good

A stackable ability that also applies to itself - Good

Decent yet boostable attack that is DCE accessible - Not to shabby

This is a good all around card and easily the best of the Plasma Eeveelutions. The only bad thing about it is its fragile Pre evo.

8/10 - Great card and one to look out for.
9/10 for art - It's like "I'm Umbreon. Don't mess with me." And those red eyes stare into your soul.

This is one of those cards that's not exactly required for all good Plasma decks, but can prove itself to be a godly asset in the decks that do use it. Stackable +20HP is great for allowing some of the non-EX Pokemon that want a chance to compete have that chance, or to allow bulkier EXes to have better walling options. Just a few of the cards that like this kind of support include: Beartic, Tornadus-Therian-EX, Absol, Weavile, Leafeon, and yes, even Deoxys-EX doesn't mind getting backup support from Umbreon (the two actually work well together, believe it or not).

Its attack is relatively okay too (DCC for 70, which can be powered up by DCE or Colress Machine and boosted by Dark Claw and Deoxys-EX), but unless Umbreon's the cornerstone of its own deck, your only reason for using it is for its Ability.

Ratings:
Modified - 9/10; very underrated; I expect it to start becoming popular as more people realize the value of those extra 20-80HP it can provide.

Limited - 8/10; you're not as likely to pull a whole wad of Plasma Pokemon to use with this, but it's still pretty useful regardless. And no Terrakion or Landorus-EX to get in your way, either.

Unlimited - 1/10; Plasma decks are gonna need WAY more support before they can be considered fit for Unlimited.

This Umbreon is excellent, simple and effective. Gets all the Dark and Plasma support, and Double Colorless. If you can get 3 or 4 Umbreon in play, its HP (and all its Plasma brethren) gets boosted to EX levels, allowing you to trade 1 Prize for their 2, and Dark Claw or 2 Deoxys EX will get you to the magic 90 damage. Also, it's refreshing to see an Umbreon with 1 retreat cost.

Since you'd be using Eeveelutions, you can also splash in a single copy of the others if you feel like it, like Glaceon or Leafeon.

I'd really like to try to use this with Hydreigon's Dark Trance and Max Potion. Maybe even Sableye wearing a Team Plasma Badge.

Modified: 9/10

Limited: 7/10, still great even if you'll only pull a few Plasma Pokemon.

Unlimited: 5/10, Chain Reaction Eevee. For healing, either Base Set Pokemon Center + Dark Trance or Mr. Briney's Compassion with Broken Time-Space. And there's Scramble and Double Rainbow Energy. This is of course assuming you agree not to play PoryDonk, but even then, you can start with Spiritomb and Chain Reaction evolve with it, so there may be a small chance.

Art: 9/10.
