4/10

A decent card in Limited, but not much use anywhere else.

Purifying Flame is expensive for only 50 damage and Special Condition removal. If it burned the opponent (or ideally, poisoned, but that's unlikely coming from Reshiram) then it might be better. Fusion Flare is unfortunate because Zekrom is not the same type as Reshiram, although 120 is decent (but again not amazing for 4 energy, although you have type options from the 3 colorless).

I could see this card doing okay as a Klinklang counter or something in a Rayeels deck, or maybe even a viable option in "DCEels". It's just not likely to be FANTASTIC and gets beaten up by Keldeo.

130HP Basics are always welcome.

I like purifying flame. Even though it's expensive for the damage output, special condition removal could be useful with so many lasers in the metagame,

Fusion Flare is 10 damage away from being anything special. 10 more damage and you would have been OHKOing Cobalion and 2HKOing everything else. And with Zekrom, you could take out other big non EX basics (plasma Kyurem comes to mind). As it is, you need Zekrom for the attack to be worth it. 120 damage is nothing to sneeze at, but there are easier ways to reach those numbers.

Overall, it's not bad, but there are better big basics to choose from (like the black and white Zekrom and Reshiram).
