That whole "You can't choose a card you discarded with the effect of this card" definitely hurts the viability factor.

I could see it being useful int he future though, and its a neat card regardless.

6/10 For now, being a probable 7 in the future.

Only good in Keldeo/Blastoise/Black Kyurem decks. Don't know what to discard? Put a couple Exeggcute in your deck and discard those. Propagation gets Eggs back. 10/10 if you have Eggs in your deck. Discard, Propagation, rinse and repeat.

If anyone is still running Reshiboar (which no one is), you toss 2 Eggs and this in there too.

I was skeptical of this at first, but it's really really broken in Blastoise/Keldeo/Black Kyurem. Aside from the obvious combo with Black Kyurem, you can also get Keldeo powered up real fast. Thanks to this card, it's much easier to get Keldeo to hit for 170 or 190.

Loses a point because of the discard, but in the right deck, it's insanely powerful.

In the right deck? There is literally one type of competitive deck this is worthwhile in.

Its a great card at times....but the problem with this card is that gets discarded by professor juniper before you can use. And its only for the right deck. 7.5
