No drawback search cards are always great. Ultra Ball is occasionally better even in Plasma decks but still gets 9/10.

A search card with no drawback. Need I explain? Would be 10/10, but it can't fetch Keldeo or Eevee so it loses a point there. Still, if you're playing plasma, at least a couple of these are mandatory.
