    First, lol

    7/10

This card is really messed up in the likes of decks such as Darkrai /Hydreigon, Darkrai, Plasma, and really any deck that can boast 1 energy or accelerated energy attackers. Just when your opponent thinks they have you, BAM....Max Potion to the face.

    9/10

Last season, I primarily ran LMT (aka Big Basics) most of the time and did so very successfully largely in part to this one card. Not only does Max Potion provide prize denial (when your opponent can not 1HKO your Poké), MP also afforded me the opportunity to run my deck in "tank" mode (continue attacking with 1 primary Poké and heal it, as necessary). For 1-energy-attachment attacking Poké, I found it to be an integral part of my deck/game strategy. Also, it was not unlikely to see many players run 1-2 MPs as techs in their decks, as well.

This season, I plan to also run a Garbodor variant of the same deck, and Max Potion will again be an important component of that deck too. And again, I would not be surprised to see 1+ Max Potion in many players' decks just to affect a game-changing moment by completely healing a wounded Poké.

One of the most frustrating cards to have used against you. This one card can negate several turns of attacking. The drawback of discarding energy is pretty huge, but it's necessary and there are ways around it (Darkrai/Hydreigon).

Not sure if I'm happy to see this escape rotation.
