First off, we don't rate decks here. Second, Neon is no longer sanctioned, so you have to go E-on or Unlimited. Third, this deck is CRAZY! 30 Energy? Even EnCargo usually didn't need more than about 21.

dkates, the weird thing is that Nintendo willingly sanctioned Ne-on as modified...Just take a look at this tourny I played at. I still don't know why they have this as legal, but meh. =/

    Now, for the deck:

Soles, the deck is VERY weird...Weird, but cool! Here are my personal modifications:

    4 Cyndaquil (Neo Genesis fireworks)
    4 Typholosion Ex
    4 Entei(Howl)
    4 Cleffa

    Trainers (20):

    4 Professor Elm
    4 Copycat
    4 Bill
    4 Rare Candy
    4 Gold Berry

    Energy (24):

    24 Fire

Hm. That's a surprise. This is still one crazy deck. Crazy enough to work, or too crazy to work? I don't know. Test it and find out...

Now, I think the point of the deck is to get out a huge, heavy-hitting pokemon, yet can't be easily killed by most water Pokemon, and can avoid death from a Gardevoir ex. It's still kind of weird...Too bad I can't play you on Sunday, Ryan.
