OOOOKAY. Sorry I haven't been on for a while, with the CC's and all. I will close the contest on this Friday evening. I will announce the grading scale probably sometime tomorrow. I have to take FCAT tests so... I'll do my best to get it up. :)
 
OK people, seeing as I can not edit my first post, I will post the rubric here. Please note that I AM penguin_master. I have had login problems, so... yeah. Normally I wouldn't revive this dead topic, but I recieved a request to judge it, so here it is:

Name: Does the name make scence, is it catchy or interesting? (20 points)
HP: Is it appropriate for the HP of the to pokemon? (10 points)
Type: Are the types right oif there are two, or make scence if there is one? (20 points)
Attacks/Powers: Do they have reasonable energy costs, reasonable damage, and reasonable effects? Are poke-Powers appropriatly powerful? Do they have "as often as you like" or "once per turn" used appropriatly? (30 points)
Other Stats(weakness, ect) : make sence for the type combination? Do they make sense for the size, ect...? (10 points)
Balance: Do attacks and powers balence out? Is the card too broken (not good)? Does the card provide a bit of each combined card? (10 points)

Hmm, okay...

Clampachu (L)/(W) 60 HP
Fused with Clamperl, Pikachu, and PokeFuser Discard PokeFuser and put Clampachu on the Clamperl and the Pikachu.
