Ability Capsule.

This changes the ability of a pokemon from one of it's possible abilities to the opposite (if it has 2 different possible abilities - however it doesn't change it to the hidden ability). Is that permanent? When and how is it used (during breeding? skating? surfing..... at the end of the day? anytime?)

Ability capsule changes a Pokemon's ability...well anytime I guess? You don't use it during breeding or anything, it's just a one-time use item. And it will not pick hidden abilities, so you can't change Gourgeist from say Frisk to Insomnia, just Pickup.

Yes, it's a permenant change, you would need another to revert an ability back.
