Flygon ex would be nice as DCP says.
Easy prices with all those Minun, Sableye and Absol sitting on the bench.

-4 TVR +4 POV or Adventurer if you dont want to draw the bottom card again.
-3 Lighting
+2 Castform
+1 Mentor
-1 Electivire SW
+1 Electivire Lv X
-2 Adventurer
+1 Warp point
+1 TG Wager

You can switch
1 Flygon Ex d for Strength charm
1 Raikou SW for Plusle SW

Thats how I run this deck.

I have done extensive work with this combination. Over the months I have found that Flygon ex d shouldn't be used in this deck. It must have 2 of 3 delta rainbow energies in the deck to attack, and you would often use those as the colorless energy on Electivire DP. Only once in 100+ games have I had that combination in play, but that was on a Flygon d after I'd stopped using Flygon ex d. Keep the delta rainbow energies though; you can still intense voltage them from a Flygon d and use them for colorless energy.

You don't need 2 Adventurer on top of 4 TVR(and Electabuzz d) either. I would advise against Professor Oak's Visit as well. This deck runs a lot of specialized cards you could thin the deck of, and you can discard lightning energies for Electivire SW also.

One other thing, change the Mentors into Roseanne's Researches; you already have Corsola's quick pokemon search, and you are going to need that energy search once Flygon d is out. You'll be surprised how fast it drains the energy from your hand.
All in all, good luck with your deck.
