The idea is to spam ultra balls to get out Aegislash and Keldeo. Give Keldeo either a Dark Energy with DArkrai on the bench, or a Float Stone. Shield Aegislash will spam King's Shield and each turn Keldeo uses Rush In and retreats to refresh King's Shield. When there is no threat of being KOed, change to Sword form to speed up the game, giving the opponent less time to form a counter strategy. Espeon will prevent statuses and other effects. Milotic serves as energy acceleration from all the energy discarded from the Ultra Balls.
 
i run the same deck, except its very straight forward. you will need 4 DCE. theres no getting around that lol. and if you have float stones theres no need to have darkrai. sableye wouldnt be bad for junk hunt. but your ace spec that will help most is scoop up, because when people see what your trying to set up they tend to move alot faster than they normally would lol. but since no one is offering help here's my deck list for the build, at the last event i played it did beat Charizard EX Mega/Pyroar. you can get everything ya need without having to go discard crazy with the ultra balls. and you have to many single pokemon to do anything with... i do like your Espeon idea for statuses, because that and pokemon like Cobalion are the only thing that get through the deck. but here's my list, might give you some ideas on what i mean.

2 Spiritomb (Sealing Scream) (stops your opponet and you from using your ACE Specs but hexed mirror is like having Copy Cat and getting to refresh your hand twice in a turn, like using 2 supporters almost.)
2 Skamory EX (works as a attacker/tool scraper, 2nd attack isnt bad at all ether, does 140 with muscle band on its 2nd turn.)
3 Keldeo EX
4-2-4 Ageislash (2 sheild/2 sword)

being able to stance change to save your sheild from KO is alot better than trying to dig it out of the discard, being the deck doesnt work well without him)

1 Scoop up Cyclone (this and Cassius help BIG when they are about to KO keldeo or Aegi)
1 Cassius ( almost no one runs this or Scoop up, so its the last thing people tend to expect which makes it fun aswell as helpful)
