Strategy: Use Eels to Charge Bouffalant on bench, DCE charges it up faster and Mewtwo is to counter stuff like Deoxys and other Mewtwo.

I think its almost required to run a 4-4 Eel spread, just in case one gets easily shot down, and Id suggest fitting in another Mewtwo EX... not sure where though.

Thanks for all the help anyway NoDice, I didnt make any changes but I got 3rd Place, I barely lost against a tough ranked opponent.
