My opponent uses "Iron Rule GX", what will happen if my Pokemon get the effect like "Pure Heart"/"Force Canceler" next turn?
Question 1: Say I have Keldeo GX already in play, and my opponent uses Cobalion GX's "Iron Rule GX" attack with Power Plant in play. If I play a different Stadium to get rid of Power Plant, can I use Keldeo-GX's attack now?
Question 2: This turn, my opponent uses Cobalion GX's "Iron Rule GX" attack. Next turn, I switch my Celesteela GX who has the ability "Force Canceler" to active spot. Can my Celesteela GX use attack?
I think both answers are "yes" because "Iron Rule GX" is just like "Clear Vision GX" in this ruling ( https://compendium.pokegym.net/ruling/1122/ ).
But I am not really sure. Maybe "Iron Rule GX" is same to most attack, that their effects placed on pokemon directly, and then existing effects can not be prevented.
What is the answer?
