Rumor is going around in our league that when eevee comes out on Saturday that the limit of 4 card per deck doesn't apply to eevee and that you can run 6 eevees in your deck. Is this true or just heresay?

at the prerelease?
at a pre, the 'four card' rule is not in effect: if you pull 8 eevees, you can put them all in your deck.
you can't do that at a constructed tournament though.
