Alph Lithograph questions

1. Can I play Alph Lithograph One ("Look at your opponent's hand!") if my opponent has no cards in their hand?
2. Can I play Alph Lithograph Two ("Shuffle your deck!") if my deck has less than two cards in it?
3. Can I play Alph Lithograph Four ("Look at all of your face down prize cards!") if all of my prize cards are face up?

1 - While 0 cards is considered a hand, and you could play Alph Lithograph One to look at a zero card hand, i would rule "no" since you know your opponent has no cards to look at.
2 - As long as there is at least 1 card in your deck, you can play Alph Lithograph Two.
3 - No your Prize Cards are all face up.
4 - As far as i know, the ruling on Alph Lithograph Four has not changed.
