Any Cincinnati Ohio Interest?

I'm investigating to see if there are any potential players for the Cincinnati Ohio area.

I used to collect and play, but Cincinnati has mainly become a MTG town. I'm hoping I can find enough people interested to get a league going.

If you or someone you know that lives in the area would be interested please let me know. Hoping for teenage and up players.

Yeah I know. "Build it and they will come".

But the problem is I need to make sure there is a base for it before investing a lot of time and money. What suggestions do you guys have for trying to get a successful league going?

My son and I would join in. He is really excited about him and me playing others. I know one or two people that I might be able to wrangle up.

I would say that one way to drum up some some local interest is to sift through this forum and try to identify local members, and then send out PMs to see if they're up for meeting somewhere.

I could host a small group (12-14) in my second garage. Yeah, a garage may not sound great, but it's actually decent - with painted drywall ceilings, crown molding, humidity control, amazing lighting, and so on. The only catch is that I keep it at 60°F during the cold months, so it can be a little on the cool side until, say, April. Nevertheless, it's free to use in West Chester.

A web search unveiled some places where Cincinnati Pokemon leagues have at least met in the past:

Ohio Cincinnati Comic Central 513-474-7700
Ohio Cincinnati Yottaquest 513-923-1985

...and, then it appears that there may already be a meetup:
