Anyone not able to "create offer"?

Hey Friends,

I encountered a “glitch” in the PTCGO that will not allow me to create a “public trade”. I normally trade “booster packs” for cards. When my trade is about to become public, the “create offer” button does not highlight and thus I cannot trade. This was happening to me pre-Plasama Storm, and I assumed this would be corrected after the update and release. Sadly, it hasn't and I still cannot trade. I e-mailed customer support but has anyone else encounter this issue, and maybe have a workaround?
