Well, there are far too many combinations of decks in the new modified that can be good. That is why it's my favorite format, I've thought off about 5 Ex-On decks and all are pretty good in my mind, and for a card game to establish such variety equals awesomeness in my opinion.
One of the good decks already established is Gardevoir EX, overused maybe, but one has to admit, it's a pretty awesome deck.

Damn straight! I seen it running at the w-end, that baby'll slap you allllllll day if you let it, the poke power and the attack on the normal gardy are awesome on their own, not so sure about the ex though, played against 2 W-1 L-1. Amphy ex's nice and the holo sceptiles just nasty with a few boosts, but less potent with all the switches/brineys etc.
