"Are You A Werewolf?" - Thursday, 10pm

What? You're actually going to be sleeping at 10pm on Thursday evening? Only a werewolf would say that, obviously!

Join the village and play the exciting round circle game "Are You A Werewolf?" on Thursday at 10pm. "Are You A Werewolf?" is a mind game for 8-15 players, in which a vengeful group of villagers must figure out who among them is secretly a werewolf (before it's too late...)

Each "night" the werewolves eat a villager, and each "day" the surviving villagers attempt to rid the town of werewolves by lynching one of their own.

Don't know how to play? Don't worry, we will gladly teach you OR click here for the official rules.

We will be meeting in the upstairs open play area, providing it is open, near the hall in which Worlds will be held. Makeshift signs will be posted, but ask anyone for the location of the upstairs open play area to find us.

Wow I've played a game exactly like that except murderer>werewolf and cop>seer. Wish I could play but I won't be there thursday.
 
Who needs Werewolf cards we can use Pokemon!

Werewolves = Here Comes Team Rocket
Seer = Slowking (the Oracle from one of the movies) or even Seer.
Villagers = Pokemon.
Moderator = Professor Oak

of course there may be better options.... and a Pokemon related script for the moderator would be good too.
 
This is actually a cool game I played sometime ago at Gencon. I found it to be fun and everyone had a good time. I wish I could go and I would definitely be there, but unfortunately I have no invite so I can't make it. Hope you guys have fun Phil, maybe next year we can gather some players at Origins to play.

The Open Play Area is located inside this year, one flight of stairs up from the ballroom where Worlds is being held. If you're late, we'll have many more games for the evening.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this game is also know as Assain. Each night an Assian eliminates a townsperson, then theres Cops and sometimes a nurse/Doctor, I've also played it with a King and Nights, just thougt I would throw that in incase someone else has played a different version of the game.
 
Funny, this seems identical to Mafia. The "werewolves" are mafia members, and it's played the exact same way...probably the same game, just with a different name.
I'll probably play, nothing else to do on thursday, really...

I've got the upgraded addition! In addition to Werewolf Viligars and the Seer there are:

Cupid: At the start of the game, pick any two players, both of which wake up and fall madly in love with each other instently. If one shall die the other comitites suiside.

Witch: The witch has to potions, every night she finds out who got eaten and may heal them, or use her other potion to kill someone else!

Hunter: When the hunter dies, he may take someone with him

Theif: Gets to look at two cards and chose one of them.

and i'm sure there is some one else I'm forgetting..... either way...I'm IN!! :D
